This '71 Challenger comes to life under the direction of Hot Rod and Super Car designer/builder Chip Foose. The custom Sassy Grass Green paint, the leather interior, the super-tuned suspension sitting on Chips new generation  MoPar rallye rims in 20" billett alluminum really set this car off.
